| La verdad es que un hotel cinco estrellas, como este, pues está batante deteriorado. La habitación asbolutamente escueta, para su precio. De ducha nada, de hidromasaje nada, de vestuario ni siquiera unas zapatillas y de equipamiento del baño no digamos. He estado en hoteles de cuatro estrellas bastante mejor equipados. En fin me siento defraudado.
Otra ver será. |

| A Metro station is directly outside the hotel. Very convenient for the airport and getting around Madrid.
The hotel is a little more tired then the photos show but the excellent staff and service make up for it. The rooms are large and very clean but they could spend some money on new pillows !
The one thing missing is a coffee machine in the room. However, room service is very, very quick.
We were disappointed that the fitness centre and pool were closed for refurbishing and it was not mentioned during the booking process.
The location to the main tourisit area "downtown" is a pretty far walk but possible.
The surrounding area is very quite, not much shopping but many little convenience stores if you want to have snacks in your room other then from the costly mini bar.
All in all a good experience with the friendliest, most helpful staff we've seen in a long time. |

| hace aproximadamente cuatro años me aloje en
el Hotel y me parecio muy limpio y muy comodo.
En esta ocasion me parecieron descuidadas las
habitaciones, y el piso con alfombra con aparien
cia de usada y vieja.
El desayuno,carece de variedad.
la atencion del personal sigue siendo impecable. |

| Friendly staff and excellant spa and pool. Rooms very basic with uncomfortable beds, view of a brick wall and quite old. Often a pungent smell in the corridors and rooms. It's basic but so was the price. Over all the hotel does the job but don't be fooled by the 5 stars! |

| I booked this hotel so that I knew that our stay in Madrid woudl be in comfort. I also was concerned about security and wanted to have a pool. Little did I know that the pool hours are from 10:00-6:00 which rendered it useless for us since we were there to see the city during the daytime and wanted to enjoy the pool in the evening. We did sleep in one morning to go to the pool; However, we could not swim because we did not have swimming caps which are required in order to go swimming.
I was also dissatisfied with the front desk employees. They were neither cordial nor accomodating. Another issue I had was that the breakfast was grossly overpriced.
The carpeting was old and stained and immediately gave me a poor impression of the hotel. To top things off the television would routinely lose signal at critical moments during programs. Also, there was a very limited selection of channels to begin with.
I feel that we paid solely for the hotel name and did not receive the service or environment that we had anticipated.
I would recommend saving your money and finding a 4 star hotel near Sol. |

| This hotel was beautful; the rooms tastefully decorated and the staff helpful and friendly. we stayed here three nights. Close to buses and metro- very convienient. Did not try the resturants though- too much too see/ do in the city! |
