| Excelente servicio por parte del staff del hotel, desde la bienvenida hasta el check out. Las recomendaciones de restaurantes del conserje fueron muy acertadas. Las habitaciones modernas, comodas y muy limpias. Cuando regrese a Madrid regresaria al mismo hotel. |

| En general el hotel no esta mal, para mi no se corresponde con un hotel de cinco estrellas,las habitaciones son normales y el desayuno esta bien.
Pero en cuanto a la limpieza de la habitación fatal, la moqueta estaba muy muy sucia. Como anécdota comentaros que iba andando con los calcetines por la moqueta y se me clavo una uña!!!! Que estaba en el suelo, supongo del huésped anterior!! Que asco!!! La bañera también tenia pelos, y encima de la cama tambien.Lo que digo muy mal la limpieza, me quede alucinada.
Algo secundario pero también importante, los productos que hay en la habitación de gel y demás muy escaso.
Lo único bueno del hotel para mi gusto es la ubicación, por lo demás no lo recomendaría. |

| The hotel was nice, but it was not centrally located.
Nothing was within walking distance, not too many cafes or restaurants around and every thing was closed at night, for breakfast it was hard to find anything other than the hotel.
I think I had the most expensive buffet breakfast ever, 37 Euros, about $55 and it was not any thing spectacular.
I will not stay there again, there are some very nice hotels at a lower price much closer to the center of town.
Overall I was disappointed. |

| Classic elegance, decidedly 20th (19th?) century sensibilities only with WiFi. When's the last time you saw a tube television? Piano in the marble atrium pervades all public spaces during prime hours. Tea and crumpets anyone? Yawn.
IC Madrid is tad old fashioned for my taste. Fit for politicians and poseurs and power breakfasts. Wrong side of Castellana for Salamanca shopping (but your Bently can carry you there in minutes).
Highly professional staff, exemplary service all around. Most comfortable beds in the city. |

| O hotel é Bom, mas cobrar 20,00 euros para internet ao dia em pleno 2011??? Quando no Brasil e EUA não se cobra nada é muita miséria para um país "rico".
O restaurante a comida é fraca e o atendimento também. |

| It was our second stay on this hotel.
Location, breakfast, staffs, business center,,, everything was great!
The only concern was the size of beds as many of other European hotels.
We(2 adults and a child) tried to sleep in a room with 2 beds, but, both beds were too small. So we had 1 big bed and slept all together. (Roller bed was 75 euro on that day!)
Everything else was fine! Nice hotel! |

| Very nice hotel -- but mostly business oriented. The hotel is located right near the Green metro line, which has great access to La Latina and other evening destinations. Also, the bus line that goes to the museums is extremely conventient right out front. The hotel is located to the north, though, of most of the main tourist destinations, so it always involved metro or taxi to get where you wanted to go. Concierge staff was very helpful. The rooms were extraordinarily clean....I expected the room to be a bit larger -- based on other guests' reviews. But our room did have a balcony and a very large bathroom. Not much to complain about, except that the nearby restaurant and nightlife options were fairly limited. WIFI at this hotel is outrageously expensive ($20 euro per day, in room) |
